Personality:
Jag is a split-personality kind of guy, and basically has two main ways of treating other cats. He has favorites, he has least-favorites, and he has cats he just doesn't care to get to know. In general, however, Jag does not like taking orders from anyone, be it friend or foe or random stranger. The only cat he takes orders from is a gray she-cat named Moon.Picture: Jag
When facing a cat he does not know well, doesn't trust, or simply doesn't like, Jag is less than friendly. He tries to avoid strangers/cats he doesn't like, but that isn't always possible. If he does end up having to talk to one, his patience is short as a kittenstep. One slip up, one insulting word or "suspicious" expression, and he'll turn on them. Around these cats Jag is unpredictable--one moment he can be patiently (though not happily) listening to whatever they're saying and looking relatively content, and the next he'll be tearing into the other cat with either his words or his claws. The only sign, as some come to find, of his changing attitude is the increased flicking of his tail and a darkening in his green eyes--no other part of him shows his growing annoyance. That is, until he explodes.
If a cat manages to make it past this stage of Jag and become a friend (a pretty difficult thing to do, as these cats have to have a lot of patience), they'll find that the loner has a whole other side of him.
With friends, Jag is incredibly lenient. He won't blow up if his friends poke fun at him, are sarcastic, or make jokes, and when it comes to them messing up and actually insulting him, he's quick to forgive (as long as the insult wasn't to great). The only time he will become angry with them is if they try to order him to do something, which rarely happens. He doesn't seem to be able to see the faults in his friends, and if they do something wrong, he lets it go and will even defend them. In this way he is incredibly loyal, but often very wrong. He'll stop the deliverance of justice if his friend is the one being punished, whether they deserve the punishment or not.

Short Description:
Dark gray-and-brown tabby tomcat with bright green eyes.Appearance:
Narrow stripes of black run through Jag's gray-and-brown coat. His fur is soft and of medium length, almost appearing to be kittypet-like. A long tail makes him a good tree-climber, but he is a poor runner at best--his strength comes in powerful hind muscles that allow him to jump and climb rather than move quickly across the ground, and his long tail gives him balance as he scales trees. Broad shoulders and heavy muscles make him a less-than-perfect swimmer, but he does enjoy the feeling of water on his fur and will wade in creeks (as long as he can stand).History:
As for senses, Jag has exceptional eyesight and uses this to his full advantage by lurking on tree branches and watching for prey below. His hearing, although his ears are almost bigger than average, is a weakness for him, and he is not very good at discerning different sounds from one another--he could mistake the pawsteps of a squirrel for the steps of a fox, not able to really hear how heavily they fall.
There is not much to say about Jag's past. His first memory is of waking up, at 12 moons old, in an enlarged rabbit burrow. He had no recollection of the past 12 moons of his life, and the cat who saved him told him that she had found him lying beneath a tall tree with a wound on his head. No doubt he had amnesia.Family:
Jag remembered things such as his name, hunting, and swimming and climbing, although he had no idea who had taught him these things or who had named him. Moon, the light gray she-cat who had found him, did not know either. After a few moons he took leave of Moon and struck out on his own. Since then he has been wandering the territories, but not doing anything of real interest.
He doesn't remember his family, or if he even has one.RP Example:
He still visits Moon, the loner she-cat who saved him. She is like his older sister, and she's the only one he will take orders from.
Darkness was everywhere. He was aware of a painful throbbing at the back of his head, and he could feel an ache all down his left side. The substance he lay one was strangely soft, and if his head had not been hurting so much he might have actually been comfortable.Other:
Part of his mind wanted to slip back into oblivion--he was so tired. But another part, a subconscious part, told him that he had already been asleep for a long time? How long? He tried to remember, but there was nothing. Nothing to remember.
Reality broke upon him like a wave of cold water, and his eyes flew open as he sprang to his paws. Someone somewhere mewled in alarm, and black spots appeared before Jag's eyes as he staggered dizzily in the dim light. He looked around him, steadied himself, and the black dots dissolved, leaving him gazing at the walls of the inside of a hollowed-out log. He turned, ears perked, as he heard something move behind him, and his light green eyes fixed on the pale gray form of another cat. "Who are you?" he demanded.
"Moon," she replied gently, her voice a soft mew that didn't even echo in the log. "Relax now. You're okay."
Wow, kind of bad, but I haven't done this in awhile o.O
