Moonshine, good old Moonshine. As one of the elders of ValeClan, he knows his Clan's history and passes it down, and while that seems pretty normal, he has an insanity that comes out nearly every day. He mumbles about starry cats and, among other things, subjects that makes others cringe after he rambles on about it for a few minutes. Very shaky, both physically and emotionally, as well as mentally, you need to be very careful with him. While he'll readily lie that he's not insane, and that he just is easily exciteable, it's the truth that yes, he is insane, and he has ADHD. He can't keep his attention on things very long, and forgets things very easily -- like his territory. If you let him leave his den and the camp, chances are he'll end up in some other Clan territory and think that he knows all of the cats in the other Clans, mistaking them for his own Clanmates... or he'll just accidentally say a nasty name and be done with it. He is also exciteable, like he said -- the coming of Newleaf excites him greatly, and when the frost starts melting... it's seriously necessary to find a way to keep the crazy elder in his den before he destroys something in sheer happiness. However, he is very devoted, and being loved by him is like being loved by a cat from another Clan who is truly in love with you. He is afraid of being alone, and the very though of being left alone with no one around makes him like a frightened little kit. Moonshine loves kits, and enjoys rough-housing with them, and he does have a serious, elder-like side, but he always has a bit of insanity about him, due to a head trauma as a warrior near the end of his warrior-ship.

Short Description:

A fluffy and old white tom with amber eyes

Appearance:

Moonshine has long white fur, and his nests are the cause of a lot of apprentice's complaints, because this elder always messes up his bedding because of his white fur, especially in the summer, when he sheds his long fur in exchange for a shorter pelt. He has large amber eyes with permanently dilated pupils in them, so you can only see a little bit of his amber irises -- you can tell that they're there, but it's not like the eyes of other cats. Quite frankly, those eyes make him look like he's crazy... and boy, is he. He has a few scars, particularly on his head and legs, and his left ear has three nicks in it and his right ear only one or two. His right paw is twisted, and has remained that way for quite some time, and Moonshine acts quite proud of it, too. His eyes dilated, his fur long, and his walk strange, wouldn't you think he's a little screwed up in the head?

History:

I don't feel like writing a large history, so here goes...

Moonshine was born to Hawkwing and Frozencloud, and his sister was Midnightsong and his brother was Morningspirit. He grew up, became warrior, had an apprentice, got in battles, and got some head injuries that became severe, and became an elder and is today insane.
