Tideshatter had been nervous around camp all day, but only his sister noticed anything. He was thankful that Brokenrose was confined to the medicine cat's den, he could sneak off without anybody knowing if he hunted later. His sister thought he was being odd, though. Noticing how he went off to hunt more often... but he managed to slip away now and again. Sure, it was breaking the warrior code.. but he loved her. He had to be with Swifteye...
He wondered what would happen if she got pregnant again, the kit would be beautiful, and he hoped that it wouldn't have the fluffiness that he had. He'd rather it look more like her then him, but he would love it anyway. He padded to a meadowish area, where they always met. He wondered what they'd talk about now. He closed his eyes for a moment, and then caught her scent.
"Swifteye!" he called, and when she came into view, he noticed that she was getting plump.
"Prey running well?" he joked, not wanting to offend her.

Swifteye was pregnent. She had been for a few days now. She had tried to keep it a secret from her clan, but it wasn't working very well.. a few had noticed her getting plumper, and had asked what was going on. She had simply replied that she was eating to much. None really believed her, but she figured they knew she didn't want to tell. Thankfully, they didn't know why she didn't want to tell.
After a few days, she realized that she had completely forgotten to tell Tideshatter! In a rush to meet him, she ran to the spot where they normally met. She had been there a few times before, but hadn't saw him. It took her even longer to get there this time, because she couldn't run as fast due to her overweightness. When she did finally get there, she noticed that he was already waiting. With a sigh of relieve, she thanked StarClan, and ran over to him.
"Yes, the pray is very well. Silly boy"
Swifteye joke around, and figured he could already tell by the looks of her. It seemed like a good thing at first, because then she wouldn't have to tell him, but then she realized that if he could tell so easily, then her clan would be able to as well.
"If you couldn't tell.." she started, hesitated, looked at the sky, and back towards him. "We're having kits Tideshatter"
She looked at him, and waited for his smile back. After a few seconds, she put her muzzle on his shoulder, and let out a sniff. She knew this should be good news, but just couldn't accept it to be.
"What are we going to do.." She backed away and looked at him, beginning to cry. "We can't keep it a secret forever, and what if they ban us from our clans." Swifteye layed on the ground and weeped in sorrow. She knew it should be a time of happiness, amd she was so happy to have his kits.. but..
"I'm sorry, I'm so happy to have these kits, and I love you. I really do, but what are we going to do Tideshatter?" [/size][/color]

Tideshatter's smile faded, and he stared at his mate in shock.
"W-w- kits?" he frowned, still suffering from shock. After a few heartbeats he stared to smile. The fluffy golden tom started to laugh, and his grin was sider then ever.
"Kits? That's so wonderful!" he purred, rubbing his muzzle over Swifteye's head, but then she seemed to get sad. He put his muzzle on her head when she put hers on his shoulder, and licked it.
When she backed away and started crying, his heart snapped. Pity and sadness filled his eyes, and he put his muzzle into her fur. "Don't cry, love." then she lie on the earth and wept. "Oh, Swifteye. If we're exiled, we have each other. I love you, you know that. I'd leave my clan happily ANY day for you, love." he told her, his voice nothing but a whisper. He lie down next to her, and started to lick her fur.
"How long have you been pregnant?" he asked, hoping that he wouldn't offend her by asking. "And... queens don't need to tell who the father is, nobody will ask if you don't want them too," he got closer, and put his head on her back. "Kits... I bet they'll be beautiful... like their mother," he pulled back, love and happiness glazed over his eyes.

Swifteye lifted her head off the ground and stared directly into Tideshatter's eyes as he lay next to her. She felt comforted just by his touch, as if all the problems she had, had just floated away. Though she knew she couldn't avoid them for long, that split second, they were gone. She looked into his eyes, and could smile at his words. It was true, she didn't know what she was thinking.
"Your right, as long as I have you, I will be happy. I won't make you leave your clan though, I don't want you to take that sacrafice."
She really didn't Swifteye didn't want him to give up his entire clan, all his friends, basically, his life. For her, she couldn't life with that. Although it would be nice, she couldn't ask that of him, she could ask that of anyone. She pushed herself closer to him, and lay her head in his paws, gleaming up at his beauty. How did she get this lucky? She giggled as he exclaimed about the kits looks.
"If they look like me, they'll be pretty ugly kits. I hope they look like you. Then they'd be perfect as well.."
As she layed there with the handsome tom, Swifteye knew that it was no mistake what happened between them, and she knew that they were ment to be together forever. And nothing was going to seperate them. She knew, that she would have these kits, and if it came to it, she would leave her clan.

The fluffy tom laughed out loud, "Ha! Perfect?" he smiled, wondering who he would leave behind if he left.
'Really only my sister,' he thought, tilting his head. He'd leave his sister, yes. They weren't even that close, to be honest. They were only friends because of their shared blood, and that's it. He'd be glad to leave for her, and he only hoped she knew.
"I'd really only be leaving one cat, I really don't like the rest of the other cats," he frowned, narrowing his eyes. "Would you do it for me?"
He didn't expect her to say yes, after all, she was loyal to FlurryClan. Though she was breaking the warrior code with him... that meant something, right? "Would you?' he asked again, looking into her eyes. He hoped she would say yes, he wanted to live with her so much. 'I'd live the life of a loner for you.." he sighed, smiling at her.
"I love you a lot, you know?" he grinned, looking down at her belly. "You look so small, still. We might not have many kits," he figured, tilting his head.

"Yes, perfect" Swifteye muttered, she couldn't think of a single thing that wasn't perfect about Tideshatter, she could think for moons, and not find a single thing. She sighed, and looked up at him. She wasn't sure if he was lieing, just to get her to think that he wouldn't mind leaving with her, or if he was being serious, but she would still feel bad either way.
"I couldn't make you leave your sister, theres no way."
Swifteye looked at him, tears starting to well up in her eyes again. It was then that he asked her if she would run away with him. Her automatic reaction was to answer yes, of course she would. But, when she thought about it, she wasn't so sure. She loved this cat with all of her heart, but, would she really leave her life behind for him? He asked her, and she started to answer, but stuttered. He asked again, and she really didn't have an answer. She was about to well over and have an emotional meltdown. She couldn't take it anymore. Could she really leave everything behind for him?
She didn't know an answerm until the words came out of his mouth. I love you alot you know.. she repeated it in her head several times, not wanting to let go of the moment. It was then that she knew. She would risk everything for him. Everything, and anything.
"Of course I would leave my clan for you. I would live the life of a loner for you. I would do anything for you Tideshatter..."
She smiled at him, and nodded at his comment. She hadn't felt much kicking either. She might only be having one or two.. she hoped she'd have more, but she didn't know. It didn't matter either. She would be happy with whatever kits there were. [/size][/color] |

Tideshatter nodded, but he would leave for her. Then his mate started crying, and his eyes grew twice their size. Why was she crying? Was she regretting being his mate? Having his kits? But then she spoke,
"Of course I would leave my clan for you. I would live the life of a loner for you. I would do anything for you Tideshatter...", and he purred deeply. "I love you so much, Swifteye," he pressed his muzzle into her fur, and inhaled her scent.
Everything about her invited him in, her voice, her face, even her smell. She didn't need any of that, because her personality made him melt inside. Whenever they spoke, it made him feel so lucky that he had a mate like Swifteye. He didn't deserve her...
Then she nodded, and he decided that whether it was one kit or six, they were his. He'd be a father, he'd be fine. It wouldn't matter, as long as he had Swifteye, it wouldn't matter...

Swifteye smiled as he pushed his muzzle into her pelt. It felt so good having him by her side. Though it was getting late, she didn't care, she would stay here all night if he would. She heard the words come out of his mouth, and even though she had heard it before, every time he said he loved her, it made the butterflys fly in Swifteye's stomach.
"I love you to Tideshatter, more then you could ever imagine.."
She curled up next to him, and drew in everymoment hoping that she could save it forever, it was so nice to be by his side, and she would never leave it. She had made up her mind. Swifteye would run away with him. She would do it.
"Tideshatter, when the kits are born, and they have learned to walk. I want to run away with you.."
She spoke, and hoped he was thinking the same thing, that as long as they had each other, they could survive any harshness, any problem. Anything.. [/size][/color] |

Tideshatter felt at peace, and he remembered when they first met. Sure, he was an idiot, but now? He was happy. He was much happier with Swifteye then with his own clan. Was that bad? He didn't think so... it was good to be happy, right?
He took everything in, her smell, her voice, he wanted to take it all in before he left to go back to camp, but he wouldn't leave for a while. It was just good to know about these things..
Tideshatter smiled, "Really? Let's do it, then," he'd be living with his family, he was overjoyed at the fact he would know his kits..or kit. But would they accept him? Or would they already like FlurryClan?
